If we discover that a user is under 18, their account will be immediately and permanently terminated and all associated data deleted.
Fapph is an invite-only platform. Access is granted exclusively through a valid invite link issued by an existing member or by Fapph directly. Invite links are non-transferable and may only be used by the intended recipient.
Sharing, selling, or distributing invite links without authorization is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination for both parties.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.
You may only hold one account on Fapph. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated.
Fapph allows users to curate playlists of adult content from third-party sources. By using the platform, you agree not to curate, upload, or promote content that:

Registered users may upload promotional banners to their curator pages. By uploading a banner, you confirm that:
We reserve the right to remove any banner at our discretion and without notice. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of any banner uploaded by users.
Some banners on the platform may be served by third-party affiliate programs. Fapph is not responsible for the content, tracking practices, or privacy policies of third-party affiliate banner providers.
Fapph operates a token system that allows users to promote their playlists on the platform. Tokens are earned through platform activity and may be spent to increase the visibility of your content.
Tokens have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts. We reserve the right to modify, reset, or discontinue the token system at any time without liability.
Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or artificially generate tokens is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
When you invite another user to Fapph, you agree that your content may be cross-promoted on pages created by users you have invited. This cross-promotion mechanic is a core feature of the platform and is permanent for the duration of both accounts' existence.
By accepting an invite and creating an account, you agree that content from the user who invited you may appear on your curator pages as part of the platform's referral cross-promotion system.

Fapph and its original content, design, and platform features are the intellectual property of Fapph and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
Content curated by users from third-party sources remains the intellectual property of its original creators. Fapph does not claim ownership over user-curated content or third-party content linked or embedded on the platform.
If you believe that content on Fapph infringes your copyright, please contact us at [email protected] with details of the alleged infringement.
Fapph is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We are not responsible for any content curated or linked by users, including the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of third-party content accessed through the platform.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or any indirect or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, without prior notice or liability.
You may delete your account at any time directly from your account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Content you have curated may remain on the platform in anonymized form.
