Fapph ("we," "us," "our") is an invite-only adult content curation platform. This policy explains what data we collect when you use Fapph, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.
By registering on Fapph, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you have read and understood this policy.
Account data
When you create an account, we collect your username, email address, and password (stored as an encrypted hash — we never store your password in plain text).
Invite data
We record which invite code was used to register your account and who generated that invite. This is used to power the referral and cross-promotion mechanics of the platform.
Activity data
We collect data about how you use the platform: playlists you create, tokens you earn and spend, and banners you upload and manage.
Banner and advertising data
If you upload a promotional banner, we track impressions and click-through rates (CTR) on that banner so you can measure its performance.
Technical data
We automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited when you use Fapph. This is used for security, abuse prevention, and platform analytics.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you logged in and to maintain your session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
Some banners displayed on Fapph are served by third-party affiliate programs. These banners may set their own cookies and collect data about your interaction with them — including clicks and conversions — subject to their own privacy policies. We do not control the data collected by affiliate banner providers. You can manage or block third-party cookies through your browser settings.
We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the platform. Google Analytics sets cookies to collect information about your visit — including pages viewed, time spent, and general location — which is sent to and processed by Google. Fapph contains adult content and is strictly for users aged 18 and over. By registering, you confirm you meet this age requirement. If we discover that a user is under 18, their account will be immediately terminated and their data deleted.
