Fapph is a content curation platform. Users of Fapph curate and organize links to adult content hosted on third-party platforms. Fapph does not produce, direct, film, or host any original sexually explicit content.
All sexually explicit content accessible through Fapph is hosted exclusively on third-party platforms. Fapph functions solely as a curation layer — organizing and linking to content that exists on external sites.
In accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75, all persons who appear in any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct that is linked to or accessible through Fapph were 18 years of age or older at the time such depictions were created.

Users of Fapph may upload promotional banners to their curator pages. These banners may link to third-party platforms or affiliate offers. Fapph does not produce or control the content of user-uploaded banners.
Users who upload banners containing images of real persons engaging in or simulating sexually explicit conduct are solely responsible for maintaining the required 2257 records for those individuals and for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.
By uploading a banner to Fapph, users confirm that any person depicted in the banner was 18 years of age or older at the time the image was created, and that they hold or have access to the required records to support that confirmation.
